The smelting operation of high-purity ferrosilicon is the same as that of ferrosilicon alloy produced by ordinary submerged arc furnace. That is,the submerged arc furnace is powered on, heated and baked to above 1000 ℃, and the mixed materials are gradually added into the furnace until the furnace is filled,and then the material level is maintained.
